Terracotta Film Festival

Plastic Sister goes to the cinema, such a fun time to be had ! It was the second night of the Terracotta film Festival: http://www.terracottafestival.com/ We really enjoyed seeing Ghost in the Shell 2.0, then took a stroll through the streets of Soho to the special party for us in a Japanese restaurant. Lots of Sake served in little wooden boxes.

Plastic Sis was lucky enough to be chosen for best dressed of the evening and presented with a whole bunch of DVDs Woooo hoooo arigato !!! XXX

Brides of March

Plastic Sister gets married and at last she is a Bride of March ! Oh my god... is this true ? Plastic Sis now tied to the kitchen sink ? Ohhh let's hope so !!! But in the world of cosplay anything is possible ! It was a lovely day, if a bit on the windy side. Will upload more pics and as I get them, there will be plenty to see of Plastic Sis's big day - promise !

London Edge International show

Plastic Sister attended the annual London Street fashion event at the Olympia exhibition centre. It was the day after the heavy snow, the worst (or best !) in 20 years, so many people did not make it to the event.

Bakewell

Bakewell is a pretty town set in lovely scenery. It was so nice to get out and into the countryside ! Bakewell in Derbyshire and the Peak District , is a beautiful, small, market town situated on the River Wye which is crossed by a 13th century 5 arched bridge.

Across the bridge Plastic Sister and Leigh went and into the forest to play !

Derby Chibicon

Derby is a town in the middle of England surrounded by lovely countryside. The Chibicon was on a smallish scale comparred to other events of this type. Plastic Sister felt a touch out of place, but enjoyed the day out anyway with fellow player Leigh !

Nakama [affiliate window party]

Its time for another party ! This one was such a lavish Manga themed party named 'Nakama' for Affiliate Window company who market web advertising. The do was held in the city of London, and Plastic Sister was there to welcome all the guests ! With her were two amazing Geisha girls on stilts and five Harajuku girls ! Later we danced with them to make them merry hee hee* One of the many souvenirs the guests could take home was a picture of themselves taken with your very own Plastic Sister ! If that wasn't enough the backgrounds were replaced with manga artwork, all done at the time, the photographers worked so hard to enable so many pictures to be done in time. We ourselves took as many pictures as we could when not busy, which explains why there are not many guests around in these photos** Some were taken backstage.

[Note: There was only time for one of my photo's backgrounds to be altered. So the ones with the Tokyo street scenes as backgrounds Plastic Sister did herself when she got home*]

Dolls Night Out at the Barbican !

Plastic Sister had the lucky chance to see the Victor & Rolf fashion doll exhibition at London's Barbican Centre, ahhh bliss \(*o*)/. On the evening Plastic Sister went there, the event was turned into a special dolls party. Everybody was wearing their most dolly clothes ! Unfortunatelly I have no photos of the exerbition, but here are some of the party. If anyone has anymore photos please send them as I would love to see them !

Its April and time to hit that cherry blossom ! Had everything arranged with Silphy-chan for us to go to Toshimaen Park on the Sunday ! But wait; there was no cherry blossom and it was freezing that day…. We had to wear hot packs under our costumes… but it was fun, especially as ten of us all went to a restaurant in Shinjuku afterwards.

Ahhhh bye bye Toshimaen Park, its 5pm and time to go home (and into a warm restaurant !)

Waaa its been a couple of months since we took some pictures ! This time we let her show you what an angel she can be ! Plastic Sister had been sitting in doors looking out of the window for almost a year, then one day, her friend Mitsuyo said ‘lets go for a walk in the forest !” So we did, it was so exciting and a little bit nervous as she had never been outside before and it was really tricky walking in those boots in the forest***
